Our Story
Mimi's Pizza is a family-owned pizzeria serving authentic New York–style pizza and more. For our family, food has always been about bringing people together — whether it's around the kitchen table or in our shop.
In 2023, we took a leap of faith and opened Mimi's Pizza. None of us had ever worked in the food industry before — what we had was a passion for great pizza, a willingness to work hard, and a dream of building something special for our community.
The shop is named after our mom, Mimi, whose love for family and hospitality inspired us to take the chance. These days you'll almost always find her here along with our dad Nick, and the rest of our family — working side by side to make great food and welcome everyone who walks through the door. We're conveniently located on Bagley Road, just minutes from Parma, Brook Park, and the greater Cleveland area.
